Tennille Francis returned to the IRS in 2011 as a Tax Law Specialist with FSLG where she focuses on employment tax issues related to federal state and local governments. Before she returned to the IRS Tennille spent four years with PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Washington National Tax Services practice where she focused on federal employment tax issues.

Tennille began her career with the IRS in 2001 as an Internal Revenue Agent in the Small Business Self Employed Division. Later, Tennille worked in the Wage and Investment Division as a Tax Law Specialist in Forms and Publications; and finally, in Appeals as an Appeals Officer before leaving for private practice.

Tennille is an attorney and a member of the Maryland State Bar. She holds degrees in accounting from Bennett College in Greensboro, North Carolina and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Maryland, School of Law in Baltimore, Maryland.
