Patricia Thomas is a Tax Law Specialist in Exempt Organizations, Rulings & Agreements. She joined the IRS in 2008. She earned a J.D at American University’s Washington College of Law and an LL.M. in taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center. Patricia works on a variety of cases, including health care and social welfare organizations, and is a reviewer for Exempt Organizations’ congressional correspondence team. In law school, she interned at the United States Tax Court. She recently finished serving as a co-presenter for a multi-lesson training on political campaign intervention for other EO employees. |
