Ligeia Donis is the Senior Technician Reviewer of Employment Tax Branch Two, Tax Exempt and Government Entities, IRS, Office of Chief Counsel. She previously served as Assistant Branch Chief of Employment Tax Branch One. She has been with the IRS office of Chief Counsel since 2005. She received a law degree from Catholic University Law School and a BA from Duke University. Ligeia is the primary drafter of the section 6056 final regulations.
