Wiley Ransom began his career in Chicago with the IRS in 1988 as a revenue agent. He worked with the IRS office of Employee Plans and worked in different functions, including determinations, general examinations and large cases. He later joined the Employee Plans Customer and Education Outreach team as an analyst. In 2014, he joined the Tax Exempt & Government Entities’ Communications and Liaison office. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Illinois-Chicago Campus and a Master of Science degree in employee benefits from John Marshall Law School (Chicago). |
