Dave Beach is a senior analyst with Collection Policy. Dave currently oversees policy and procedure for the Installment Agreement program. In addition, he serves as the program’s technical advisor and authors related training materials. Dave has been with the Internal Revenue Service for 30 years. He has worked in the Collection Division as a Revenue Officer, Group Manager, Territory Manager and Senior Analyst. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Radford University in Business Management. |
