Emily Mangrum is a Tax Law Specialist in the IRS Exempt Organizations office in Washington DC. She joined Exempt Organizations in 2011. Prior to joining the IRS, she was an attorney in private practice specializing in tax law and estate planning. Emily's education includes a B.A. (Spanish) from the University of Kansas, J.D. from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, and LL.M (Taxation) from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law Graduate Tax Program. She is a member of the Texas and Kansas Bars. |
