Elena Tscherny is a tax practitioner in Washington, D.C. She is a current member of the IRS Taxpayer Advocacy Panel. She is also an instructor at the Graduate School in Washington, D.C. teaching Spanish to selected members of the U.S. House of Representatives. She retired from D.C. Government where she worked as a librarian and as coordinator of exhibits and programs. |
