Eunice Heath is Acting, Senior Analyst, ITIN Policy Section, headquartered in Atlanta, Ga. Eunice has primary responsibility for administering the Acceptance Agent Program. Prior to assuming this assignment, Eunice was an analyst in the Stakeholder Partnerships, Education and Communication (SPEC) division, a function of the Customer Assistance Relationship and Education (CARE) organization, where she managed several major programs. Eunice began her IRS career more than 23 years ago as a Revenue Officer in SB/SE Collection’s division in Atlanta. Throughout her career, she has held several significant positions with varying responsibility including Offer-In-Compromise Specialist, HCO National Recruiter, Certified Instructor and Trainer and NTEU Steward. Eunice is a native of Atlanta, Ga. She received her bachelor’s degree in secondary education from West Virginia State College and University. She is also a Certified Mediator for the state of Georgia. |
