Ed Hutzmann has been a Policy Analyst, Specialty Programs, Small Business/Self-Employed Division (SB/SE) since July 2007. As such, Ed has been responsible for various employment tax programs including accountable plans, fringe benefits, international issues, and worker classification. Ed has been an instructor for many of the employment tax classes taught to employment tax examiner over the past 13 years. Prior to joining the Policy Staff, Ed was a revenue agent for 20 years, the last 10 as an employment tax specialist. As a revenue agent, Ed examined many types of businesses including assisting on large case audits.
