Sam Berman is Special Counsel to SB/SE Division Counsel. He started his career with the IRS in 1987 as a revenue agent and joined Chief Counsel in 2002. Sam received his Juris Doctor and Master of Laws degrees from the University of Baltimore School of Law. |
