Rod Lundquist is a Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Senior Program Analyst in the Internal Revenue Service’s Small Business/Self-Employed (SB/SE) Division Headquarters. He’s currently the BSA Policy Liaison to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).

Prior to assuming his BSA duties in 1993, he held positions as Headquarters Tax Shelter program analyst and field revenue agent. He is in his thirty-first year of IRS service.

Lundquist currently serves on a staff of six Headquarters analysts and technical advisors, providing policy guidance on BSA matters to a field staff of approximately 350 examiners, coordinators and managers.

A California native, Lundquist holds degrees from Stanford University and San Jose State University.
