System Requirements

Computer/Sound

Pentium PC running Microsoft Windows 95/98 or NT 4.0 with 16+ MB RAM and a sound card with speakers or headphones.

Internet Connection

Connection to the Internet, either through a modem or a direct connection via your corporate network (LAN). Minimum modem connection needed is 28.8 kbps.

Downloading and Installing a Streaming Player

We support the two most popular and advanced streaming media players. These players are free of charge and are listed below.

Go directly to the page where a player can be downloaded as listed below. Follow the steps provided to download.
Note that you only need to download and install a player one time, and you only need one of the players listed in order to view a Presentation.

Choose either the RealPlayer or the Windows Media Player as the player you wish to use and click on the appropriate link.

Following are detailed instructions for downloading the RealPlayer

1. Click here to go to the Real Web site to download the player.

2. Fill out the form. You must enter your name and e-mail address. You must also specify the operating system (OS) you are currently using, i.e., Windows 95, Windows NT, Mac OS 7.x/8.x, etc. You will also need to choose your current CPU, i.e., Pentium, Macintosh Power PC, etc. Option selections are language (i.e., English) and connection (i.e., 28.8 kbps modem, ISDN, T1, etc.).

2. You will be asked to click on a location near you to begin downloading.

3. After clicking on one of the download links, a dialog box will appear. Choose "Save this program to disk" and specify the directory where you want the RealPlayer installation program to be saved. Remember where you save the installation file. Consider saving the file to your computer's desktop or the c:\temp directory so you can find it easily.

4. After download is complete, you should close your Web browser (click on the "X" in the upper right hand corner of your browser's window).

5. You must now locate the file you just downloaded and saved. There are several different ways you can locate the saved file. Here is one way:

Click on the Start button, usually located at the bottom left corner of your screen. Move the arrow (cursor) over Find and click on Files or Folders.... Under the Name & Location tab enter the name of the file (rp32_g20_1.exe) in the box titled Named:. Drive (C:) should be the drive you Look in:. If (C:) is not listed, use the drop down arrow to locate it. Make sure there is a check mark in the box located beside Include subfolders. If there is no check mark, simply click inside the little white box to make the check mark appear.
Once everything is setup as it should be, click on Find now.
The program will then search for the file. Once found, the file will appear near the bottom of the Find window.

6. Once you find the file, double click on it. This will begin the RealPlayer set up process.

7. You will be automatically guided through the installation process, during which you will answer some questions about your computer and your Internet connection. When this process is completed, the streaming player will be installed on your computer.

2. Carefully read the specifications noted in each paragraph and choose the one that best matches the specifications of your system.

3. Once you have chosen the paragraph that is appropriate, click on Begin downloading.

4. Next, a dialog box will appear. Choose "Save this program to disk" and specify the directory where you want the Windows Media Player installation program to be saved. Remember where you save the installation file.  Consider saving the file to your computer's desktop or the c:\temp directory so you can find it easily.
