If you are having problems connecting to a webcast please perform the following test and paste the results in the area below. This test traces the Internet route from your ISP to our broadcast.

Type "tracert a4.g.akamai.net" (without quotations) in an MS-DOS window (click Start, select Run, type command, and then click OK)

Highlight the results. Click on the left end of the title bar at the top of the MS-DOS window in order to see its menu.

Choose Edit and then choose Copy.

Please note that if you are behind a proxy server you will need to contact your Information Technology (IT) Dept.
